Fleet Service Scheduling Coordinator
Comrise is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fleet Service Scheduling Coordinator to join an innovative, fast-paced autonomous mobility operations team in Foster City, CA.
In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting day-to-day scheduling, resource planning, and cross-functional coordination across vital fleet operations teams (including TeleOps, RiderOps, Mission Readiness, and Fleet Support Analysts). If you excel at problem-solving, keeping schedules on track, and communicating effectively across high-performance teams, this is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the forefront of cutting-edge technology!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day schedules for fleet service teams and operational resources to ensure optimal fleet readiness and asset utilization.
- Assist with planning, forecasting, and coordinating staffing and resource logistics across facilities to support shifting operational demands.
- Maintain accurate scheduling trackers, records, and operational documentation.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visual metrics (KPIs) to communicate schedule updates, resource usage, and operational risks to department leadership.
- Facilitate productive alignment between internal and external stakeholders, ensure action items are documented, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
- Proactively identify scheduling constraints or resource conflicts, escalating issues promptly and recommending process improvements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 0–3 years of experience in scheduling, dispatching, resource allocation, or production planning (experience in mobility, automotive, or manufacturing environments is a plus!).
- Exceptional time management skills with a strong ability to manage competing demands, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with a knack for building productive relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
- An inquisitive, "can-do" attitude with the confidence to navigate ambiguously defined tasks and deliver tangible results.
- Comfortable utilizing data tracking tools and creating simple visual reports/metrics for team review.
Work Schedule & Logistics
- 100% Onsite in Foster City, CA (Bayside facility).
- Second Shift | Monday through Friday, 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM PST.
