We are helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company find a Service Scheduling Coordinator to support the day-to-day scheduling and coordination of fleet service operations.

In this role, you'll support the day-to-day scheduling and coordination of fleet service operations. You'll work closely with operations teams to keep schedules up to date, coordinate resources, track operational activities, and help ensure the fleet is supported efficiently.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced operations environment. You enjoy solving problems, communicating with cross-functional teams, and keeping projects and schedules on track.

• Support the day-to-day scheduling of fleet service teams and operational resources.
• Assist with coordinating staffing and resource plans to support changing operational priorities.
• Maintain scheduling trackers, records, and operational documentation.
• Help coordinate logistics and resource needs across teams and facilities.
• Create reports and simple visualizations to communicate scheduling updates, resource utilization, and operational metrics.
• Coordinate meetings, document action items, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
• Communicate schedule changes and operational updates with internal stakeholders.
• Identify scheduling conflicts or resource constraints and escalate issues when needed.
• Support ongoing planning activities and recommend process improvements.
• Take on additional operational tasks as needed to support the team and fleet operations.

Qualifications:

• Entry-level position (0-3 years of experience)
• Experience with scheduling, dispatching, or production planning and scheduling, preferably in mobility or manufacturing
• Ability to effectively prioritize with strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to develop channels of communication while understanding and managing professional relationships
• Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills are a must, ability to create visualizations of KPIs and program risks a bonus
• Ability to drive communication within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with extremely tight timelines, aggressive goals and demanding work environment
• Have an inquisitive and open attitude to exploring new ideas and eagerness to continuously learn and take on tough problems Independent thinker capable of operating within ambiguously defined structures with an ability for delivering tangible results
• Ability to perform in a fast pace high-stress environment Willingness to get your hands dirty to understand the projects you are supporting
