Princeton BMW is currently seeking a highly motivated, customer focused Service Advisor to join their team and the Holman family! What will you do? The Service Advisor will visually inspect vehicle, question customer about vehicle performance, complete service work order, and explain service costs to customers Interact with customers to determine immediate service needs Use a consultative approach to educate customers on services and products Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers Provide excellent customer service by demonstrating our mission and values What are we looking for? Pay: We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location. This is a commission eligible role, and employees can expect to earn an average of $3,000-$10,000.month with earning potential based on your personal performance.
