Contracts Corporate Counsel

Scope Publicly traded Global Manufacturer headquartered in the greater Chicago area, is seeking a part‑time Contracts Corporate Counsel to draft, review and negotiate customers, supplier, vendor, master services, and other agreements. This is a part‑time role working approximately 12 to 20 hours per week and is remotely based. This position will be structured as an internal contractor will report to the Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary. Education and Requirements Must have a J.D. degree from an ABA accredited law school. At least 8 years’ experience in drafting and negotiating corporate contracts. Prior In‑house counsel experience Prior large law firm experience Licensure: must be a member of the IL, OH, or TN Bar Comfortable adjusting to changing priorities. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Must be able to manage your own workload and be available for calls during core business hours.
