Administrative Officer 2

Administrative Officer 2 – Seward, Alaska Position: Administrative Officer 2 (PCN 05-8395) Location: Seward, Alaska Level: Supervisory Unit (SS), Range 19 No cover letter required. Responsibilities Administratively coordinate and perform professional-level functions to support AVTEC operations, including financial, budget, procurement, personnel and administrative support. Evaluate complex issues, develop solutions and guidelines to ensure efficient processes. Serve as second‑in‑command administrative authority for the Division and assume the responsibilities of the Administrative Operations Manager during absences. Conduct analysis, interpret financial activity and prepare summaries to support informed decision‑making across the organization. Analytical Thinking/Problem Solving – Logical, systematic approach to address problems. Budget Administration – Knowledge of budget administration and analysis principles. Financial Management – Prepare, justify and administer program budgets. Organizational Awareness – Understand organizational mission and internal systems.
