Be found.OverviewResponsible for developing and supporting data products, this resource plays a critical role in the development of data warehouse/data lake solutions utilized by internal and external stakeholders. Design and develop warehouse solutions built on the Azure and AWS technology stacks. These solutions include ETL, data modeling, data architecture, data quality assessment and data delivery.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement scalable data architecture across cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks)Define enterprise data models, schemas, and standards to support analytics, reporting, and AI/ML use casesArchitect end-to-end data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and delivery of structured and unstructured dataOversee development and optimization of ETL/ELT processes using SQL, Python, and SparkDrive performance tuning across queries, pipelines, and storage to improve scalability and efficiencyEstablish best practices for database design, indexing, and query optimizationDefine and enforce data governance standards, including data quality, lineage, metadata, and access controlEnsure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with security and privacy requirementsDesign and support scalable data products and reusable data assets aligned to business and client needsPartner with BI teams to enable reporting and dashboarding solutions (e.g., Tableau, Datorama)Support AI and advanced analytics initiatives through well-structured, accessible dataPartner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutionsProvide architectural guidance and mentorship to data engineers and analystsAct as a key stakeholder in resolving complex data challenges and recommending improvements to the data ecosystemEstablish monitoring and performance standards for data pipelines and platformsEnsure reliability of data processes, including handling failures and optimizing long-running jobsDefine SLAs and operational best practices for data availability and performanceTools: Data Platforms: Snowflake, DatabricksLanguages: SQL, Python, Spark (PySpark), JavaETL / Integration: SSIS, APIsBI & Analytics: Tableau, Power BI, Datorama (MCI)Cloud: AWS, AzureQualificationsBS Degree in one of the following subject areas; Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferredMinimum of 5+ years of experience developing large scale complex database solutionsDemonstrated experience with BI database designAbility to track and resolve database related incidents as well as requestsStrong understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practicesStrong understanding of ETL and data warehouse principlesGood interpersonal, written and oral communication skillsTechnical documentation skillsAbility to present complex ideas in user-friendly languageSelf-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detailAble to prioritize and execute tasks in a team-oriented, high-pressure environmentSpecific Skills Required:Minimum 6 years SQL, ETL and analyzing datasets experienceStrong data warehouse knowledgeExperience with JSON, XML, ORC,AVRO and Parquet file formatsExperience with large data setsJava, C# or R experience a plusExperience with REST API callsExperience with Web and Digital marketing data a plusAdditional informationOur Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
