We are seeking a professional, service-driven Front Desk Associate to serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests at our high-rise condominium and apartment properties. This role requires delivering outstanding customer service, managing package check-ins and check-outs, monitoring security systems, and maintaining a clean, professional lobby environment. Associates are expected to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week, primarily nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to resident safety and satisfaction are essential. This position is part of Epic Valet's exciting expansion into Utah and Colorado. - Warmly welcome residents, guests, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy, creating a positive first impression
- Verify resident or guest authorization and access credentials to ensure building security while maintaining a welcoming environment
- Respond to resident inquiries in person, by phone, and via email with accuracy and a service-oriented approach
- Assist residents with service requests, work orders, and community information in a timely manner
- Coordinate amenity reservations (e.g., fitness center, club room, pool) and ensure proper documentation of bookings
- Act as a liaison between residents and property management to support effective communication and resident satisfaction
- Receive and sign for all resident packages, deliveries, and mail in accordance with property protocols
- Accurately log each item into the package management system, including time of receipt, carrier, and resident information
- Promptly notify residents of deliveries through approved communication methods (email, text, or resident portal)
- Assist residents with package pick-up, verifying identification when required to ensure proper release
- Manage outbound shipments and returns per property procedures, coordinating with carriers as needed
- Monitor building entry points and verify resident/guest authorization
- Issue visitor passes and maintain accurate visitor logs
- Monitor security camera feeds continuously and report any irregularities or safety concerns
- Conduct routine lobby and perimeter patrols; escalate issues to property management as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of resident and property information
- Assist residents with dining, entertainment, and transportation reservations reflecting property lifestyle standards
- Coordinate service requests such as housekeeping, dry cleaning, or grocery delivery referrals per approved vendor partnerships
- Maintain an up-to-date resource guide of preferred local vendors, restaurants, and service providers
- Handle all concierge requests with discretion, professionalism, and a commitment to exceeding resident expectations
- Schedule and confirm property tours for prospective residents by coordinating with the leasing team
- Greet prospective residents upon arrival, notify the appropriate leasing agent, and ensure a smooth handoff
- Provide prospective residents with general community information, amenity highlights, and floor plan availability
- Maintain confidentiality of leasing inquiries and prospect information in accordance with company policy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby environment at all times
- Complete thorough end-of-shift reports documenting all key tasks, resident/guest interactions, and service requests
- Record and escalate any incidents, irregularities, or security observations to property management
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to promptly address cleanliness concerns or repairs
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by property management to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service
- Minimum of one year of customer service or hospitality experience
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays (minimum 3 shifts per week)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer skills (email, MS Office, or property management systems)
- Ability to multitask and remain professional under pressure
- Own a smartphone with internet access
- Prior front desk, concierge, or hospitality experience
- Experience working in luxury residential, hotel, or service environments
- Familiarity with package management procedures and visitor access systems
- Experience with BuildingLink or similar property management platforms
- Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift
- Walk through the property including hallways and amenity areas regularly
- Lift and carry packages or items up to 25 pounds regularly; up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Use hands and fingers for computer work, writing, and handling packages
- Communicate clearly in person and over the phone
- Full-time schedule: minimum three shifts per week
