Kitchen+Bar - Bartender

Job Overview Location: 175 10th Street E - St Paul, Minnesota 55101 Under general supervision, this position opens and closes the Kitchen+Bar following company policies and procedures. Responsibilities include maintaining the food prep and bar area in a clean and organized manner while serving and assisting guests. Team members are expected to present a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality at all times to promote the Drury culture with customers and fellow team members. Key Responsibilities Open and close the Kitchen+Bar area. Maintain a clean, well‑organized prep and bar area. Serve and assist guests with drinks and food. Handle money, make change, and operate cash registers, POS software, dishwashers, and kitchen equipment. Distinguish between denominations of currency and provide correct change. Use written and verbal directions in English, communicate effectively with guests and team members, and handle difficult situations with professionalism. Perform duties of bartender, prep cook, cocktail server, or other positions as needed. Qualifications Must be 21 years old or older. One year of bartending experience required; two or more years preferred. High school diploma or equivalent; completion of two years of college preferred. Ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications per company requirements. Ability to take written and verbal direction in English. Ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast‑paced environment. Benefits Quarterly bonus opportunity of up to $3,200 annually (separate from base salary).
