The Warehouse Picker Packer is responsible for performing duties on and off the shipping line related to the stocking, picking, packing, confirmation, labeling, fulfillment, and processing of orders.

• Pay rate: $16.00 per hour
• Steady Schedule + Seasonal Overtime to Keep Our Customers Smiling: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
JOB SUMMARY
- Learn and perform basic duties on shipping floor as directed, to include Direct to Consumer/ Courier and Picking, Packing, as well as VAS packaging and labeling
- Pick and confirm orders efficiently and accurately
- Pack orders efficiently and correctly to prevent damage
- Ticket or label orders as specified
- Maintain cleanliness of work area throughout shift and at the end of the shift
- Report any conditions that need attention to appropriate manager
- Follow all company policies and procedures with regard to safety, including food safety, quality, sanitation, personnel, maintenance, and equipment
- Assist with other distribution activities as needed
- Must be able to communicate effectively both written and verbally
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs on a regular basis, with the ability to twist, bend, reach, squat, climb stairs and stand for several hours at a time
- Comfortable with basic math- adding, subtracting, multiplication and division
- Experience with Radio Frequency Scanning (RF), trash/cardboard compactors desired but not required. Must be willing to learn
- Prior experience with electrical and manual pallet jacks and forklifts preferred, but not required
