Senior Administrative Assistant

Introduction The role provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Vice President of Material Logistics Management and the incoming General Manager. This position serves as a central coordination point for department leadership and approximately 600 employees. The role combines traditional executive administrative duties with suite management, travel and expense oversight, communications support, and event coordination. Required Skills & Qualifications

- Highly organized and proactive
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Ability to support day-to-day needs and department-wide initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- Experience with executive administrative duties
- Familiarity with event coordination
- Comfortable with technology and IT coordination
- Manage email and calendars for the VP of Material Logistics Management and the General Manager
- Schedule meetings, coordinate calls, and manage daily workflow
- Answer phones and serve as primary administrative point of contact
- Prepare presentations and generate reports as needed
- Handle multiple administrative projects simultaneously
- Draft and distribute departmental communications
- Support communication needs for approximately 600 employees in the department
- Manage the team's designated suite, including employee seating assignments
- Assist with technology needs and coordinate with IT and Facilities for issues
- Book and coordinate travel for the VP and General Manager
- Prepare and process expense reports for both leaders
- Assist with organizing department events and meetings
