Establish and uphold robust performance benchmarks and operations standards. Heighten productivity rates while eradicating excess scrap. Pioneer in new equipment/method selection processes. Create organized work processes to ensure seamless part transitions. Partner with the Quality team to enhance inspection schedules. Commit to propagating and implementing safety practices. The Expertise You'll Bring: Bachelor's credential or equivalent professional expertise. Solid experience in the machine shop domain. 5-10 years in sophisticated CNC machining roles. Experienced handling of lathes/mills and programming. Courage in CAD/CAM and shop-floor editing tasks. Adeptness in evolving machining concepts and technologies. Capacity planning insights and foresight. Proven effective intercommunication at all organizational tiers. Empowering leadership coupled with a dynamic, positive approach. Thorough problem-solving skills within a detail-focused mindset. Experience in TPM, Kaizen, and Setup Reduction methodologies. Powerful grasp of quality control, SPC & GDT practices.
