Position Summary Our Event Marketers attend promotional events including, but not limited to, home shows, fairs, 3rd party retail sites, and more, as a unified team of representatives. They work together and support one another as they strive to meet both shared and individual goals and set qualified appointments for our in-home Design Consultants. Job Description Event Marketers play a pivotal role in our company’s success. They are an agent of the company, bringing our solutions directly to consumers and setting the expectation for how Renewal by Andersen respects the honor of being welcomed into our customers’ homes. In these conversations, they demonstrate their knowledge and expertise to adeptly address concerns, highlight benefits, and provide relevant information. Customer service and sales skills, like conversational agility, empower our agents to adapt their approach and deliver tailored solutions based on the responses they receive. Qualifications Must be highly organized and intrinsically motivated Proven ability to set and achieve daily goals Personable demeanor and friendly attitude Ability to develop rapport with the team and prospective homeowners Excellent written and verbal communication skills Tendency to embrace challenge with a resilient mindset Possession of a valid Driver’s License with an insurable driving record per company standards To drive an RBA or personal vehicle employees are required to hold a valid Driver’s License and current auto insurance as required by law, be an approved driver by RbA's insurance, and provide copies to the Human Resource department Willingness to reasonably withstand the elements throughout each season This job will have you working in the field in a variety of weather conditions including, but not limited to heat, cold, rain, and wind. It is important that you observe all safety protocols and protect yourself and team members during the workday There may be times where due to weather conditions, field work may be called off. This will be decided at the discretion of the Non-Traditional Marketing Manager and will be communicated to the team before the start of the workday. Compensation Hourly, paid semimonthly Eligibility for demo bonuses, and commission on sales per the Event Marketing Employee Agreement & Compensation Plan.
