As the first point of contact, the Host plays a crucial role in ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and enjoy a memorable dining experience from arrival to departure. Key Responsibilities: Guest Reception: Warmly greet guests upon their arrival, manage reservations, and oversee seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service. Safety Compliance: Monitor and maintain compliance with all restaurant safety standards and sanitation regulations, ensuring a clean and safe environment for both guests and staff. Qualifications: Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service or a hospitality role, with a demonstrated ability to engage and satisfy guests. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting warmly and effectively with guests and team members.
