Associate Attorney

Associate Attorney – Future Opportunities Our team is actively building a pipeline of Associate Attorney talent across the United States. What You’ll Do: Represent clients in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings. Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence. Attend court hearings in person and virtually. Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff. Deliver responsive, client‑focused legal services in a high‑volume practice. What You Bring: Licensed Bar Attorney in at least one of the following states: AL, AZ, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA. Multi‑state licensure a plus. 3+ years of experience preferred, all qualified applicants considered. Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills. Detail‑oriented, organized, and driven. Location: Varies dependent on role and candidate location (onsite, hybrid, and remote work available). Travel: Local court‑related travel required. Conditions of Work: Ability to sit or stand for long periods. Ability to remain focused for extended periods. Ability to work on computers for a significant portion of the day. Ability to perform repetitive movements such as typing, clicking, swiveling. Ability to multi‑task.
