Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $22.00$26.00/hr | Weekly Pay Shift: Monday-Friday | 8:00AM4:30PM| Full-Time

What's A Typical Day As A Service Scheduler?

Scheduling and overseeing regional field service engineers according to mission priority.
Evaluating technical experience and location to dispatch the right technician.
Communicating daily and promptly with customers regarding their service requests.
Reporting scheduling delays of critical machines to Service Management.
Collaborating with other schedulers to ensure sufficient coverage.
Working closely with technical support engineers and the regional service manager.
Ensuring all missions are properly scheduled and equipped with necessary tools and equipment.
Managing paperwork and software completion for field technicians.

This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You:

Have strong communication and customer service skills, especially with high call volumes.
Are comfortable handling fast-paced environments and shifting priorities.
Have computer proficiency, specifically with Outlook and Teams; willingness to learn SIS and some SAP.
Possess strong follow-up and analytical skills.
Have prior experience in customer service or a technical concentration (minimum three years preferred).
Prior scheduling experience is a plus, but not required.
Are available to work a hybrid schedule after training, with in-office days TuesdayThursday.
