Take Out Crew Member is responsible for supporting our Take Out (carry-out) operations to make sure our Take Out guests receive the same standards of hospitality and service that our guests receive while dining in our restaurant. A Take-Out crew member gives our guests a Legendary experience, ensuring excellent food quality and service. A Take-Out Crew Member must be able to perform a variety of tasks from greeting guests, answering phones, seating guests, running food, taking To-Go orders, responsibly handling cash and credit card transactions, and rolling silverware and folding napkins Responsibilities Ensures that each guest receives a legendary welcome and goodbye when placing and/or picking up a To-Go order Has knowledge of the phone system; uses proper phone etiquette when answering phone calls and taking To-Go orders Is knowledgeable with the menu and is able to accurately take and place orders. Upsells whenever possible Demonstrates strong organization skills with boxing orders and accuracy of Take Out orders placed Works collaboratively with Take Out and kitchen staff to complete orders Partners with FOH and BOH manager on quote times, accurately provide quotes to guests on the length of time to complete their order Has knowledge and understanding of the Mobile App and the online order platform including 3rd party delivery Uses the POS (point of sale) system effectively and correctly; responsibly handles tasks on the POS such as, but not limited to, take-out sales, gift card sales, and cash and credit card transactions Ensures guests are comfortable and cared for while they place and/or pick up Take Out order Practices proper safety and sanitation at all times Work other duties while slow like assisting hostess or server in various task Skills Personable, and customer service oriented Reliable and dependable Please Note that all candidates must be available to work day or night, weekends and holidays. #J-18808-Ljbffr
