Benefit Category: Full time, Hourly/Non-Exempt. Benefits eligible. ESOP benefits upon meeting plan entry requirements.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm some flexibility required due to the varied administrative duty requirements. Up to 20% local and state travel required.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience/knowledge in the HR field, be able to prioritize work and accomplish work independently, and have excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Highschool diploma or GED

• One (1) year of experience working in HR

• Prior experience and understanding of applicable rules and regulations governing state and federal guidelines regarding employer and employee.

• Valid driver's license and meet qualifiers to be insured by EON, Inc.'s vehicle insurance provider.

• Safe and operational vehicle to commute and travel for business purposes.

• Must not be disqualified by appropriate criminal background studies.

• Meet the physical requirements as outlined in this position description.


• Able to read and write in English.


• Possess excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in HR, Business or HR Certification.

• Two (2) years' experience in the HR field.

• Experience working in the health care industry is a plus.
