Your MissionAs Learning Systems & Onboarding Lead, you’ll power KMM’s learning engine—owning our enterprise LMS and turning every new hire’s first 90 days into a confident, compliant launch. This role exists to connect Recruiting, HR, and leaders with a clear, trackable path from offer to full productivity.Key responsibilities:- Administer the LMS: users, permissions, course builds, workflows, and compliance reporting- Run corporate onboarding and orientation; assign learning paths and required trainings- Build and maintain career pathing and development programs, materials, and SOP-aligned content- Coordinate multi-department training cycles and presenters; deliver select sessions- Produce dashboards and audit-ready documentation supporting AS9100D and leadership needsRequired qualifications/skills: - 2+ years LMS administration (setup, creation, reporting, compliance tracking)- Experience coordinating onboarding and cross-functional training programs- Strong facilitation, documentation/version control, and data/reporting skillsReady to make learning click on Day 1?
