Commercial Account Manager

Our client is a well-established and growing organization within the stone and hardscape industry, serving the New England market with a strong reputation for quality, service, and long standing customer relationships. With decades of success and a highly collaborative culture, the company has built a strong presence across commercial and residential markets alike. As the business continues to expand its commercial division, they are seeking a relationship driven Commercial Account Manager to help grow key accounts, develop new business opportunities, and eventually step into a leadership track within the organization. The Role The Commercial Account Manager will play a critical role in expanding the company’s commercial footprint throughout New England, specifically within underserved General Contractor and architectural millwork channels. This individual will inherit an existing $2.5M book of business while also being responsible for developing new commercial relationships and driving long term growth. This is a highly visible role reporting directly to the Director and offers a clear path toward future leadership responsibilities within the division. Key responsibilities include: Manage and grow an existing commercial book of business valued at approximately $2.5M annually Develop new relationships with General Contractors, millwork firms, multifamily developers, hospitality clients, and tenant fit out contractors Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Southern New Hampshire, Southern Vermont, and Portland, Maine Work closely with estimating, project management, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution Participate in client meetings, project walkthroughs, and relationship management activities throughout the region Assist in modernizing commercial sales tracking and CRM processes Transition into leadership responsibilities over time as part of succession planning within the commercial division The ideal candidate will bring a strong network within the commercial construction space and thrive in a relationship driven, team oriented environment.
