Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate

Position Summary Sam’s Club #6567 3796 Easton Nazareth Hwy, Easton, PA 18045-8340. We need a Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate to keep shelves stocked and ensure the sanitary conditions of our freezers and coolers. Working in the deli department places you front‑lines of customer service – your interaction can turn a good shopping experience into a great one. What You’ll Do Maintain the safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous material handling, and steel standard guidelines. Report unsafe situations to management. Maintain the freezer/cooler/deli area by properly handling claims and returns, zoning the area, receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up, cleaning, and organizing product displays, removing damaged goods, signing and pricing merchandise, completing required audits, paperwork, logs, and mandating documentation. Secure fragile and high‑shrink merchandise. Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying their needs, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, providing deli products, resolving issues, and promoting the company’s products and services. Follow company policies and procedures for the freezer/cooler area, including food handling, equipment operation, repair, sanitizing, cold chain procedures, area cleaning, monitoring freezer/cooler fans, drains, and doors, and reporting issues to management. Ensuring high‑quality products are taken care of and available for members. Ensuring shelves are clean, maintaining temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lesser‑quality food products. Packing ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stock displays. Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready area. Key Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older.
