Clinical Research Scientist

Job Description

One of our large CPG clients is seeking a Clinical Research Scientist that will support scientific and clinical activities related to the safety, efficacy, and claims substantiation of their cosmetic and OTC skin care portfolio. This role contributes to clinical testing strategies, scientific literature reviews, data interpretation, and cross-functional documentation to ensure robust product support throughout the development lifecycle.

Working closely with Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Marketing, Medical Marketing, Legal, and external partners, this position will help develop high-quality scientific documentation that supports product claims, advertising review, scientific communications, and U.S. regulatory expectations.

This position will provide dedicated scientific and clinical support to the Eucerin business, partnering closely with Scientific Affairs, Clinical Operations, Marketing, Medical Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, and external stakeholders. This will start as a 3 month contract with likelihood of extension and possible conversion.

Skills and Requirements

-BS in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biomedical sciences

-3+ years of CPG experience (skincare)

-Skin biology, skin health research experience

-Experience with sponsor company or CRO

-Experience analyzing studies, study findings, and translating findings into claims -Skincare Experience

-Proven evidence generation experience
