Senior Payroll Administrator - Direct Hire

High Profile is partnering with our client to identify an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Payroll Specialist to join their growing HR team. This role will oversee multi-state payroll processing, reconciliation, compliance, and employee support across multiple entities and locations.The ideal candidate is highly organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong payroll expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent internal customer service are essential. Key Responsibilities Process and audit weekly, semi-monthly, and interim payrolls across multiple entities and states. Process commissions, bonuses, direct deposits, benefits deductions, 401(k) contributions, and other payroll adjustments. Maintain accurate employee payroll and benefits data in UKG/UltiPro. Reconcile timesheets, audit payroll data, and research and resolve discrepancies. Process tax levies, child support orders, garnishments, and other involuntary deductions in compliance with applicable regulations. Complete payroll reconciliations and general ledger postings and support month-end and year-end close. Partner with Accounting and HR to ensure accurate payroll and financial reporting. Respond to employee payroll questions and provide professional guidance regarding pay, deductions, and payroll processes. Support new hire payroll setup and maintain accurate payroll documentation. Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, efficiency, and system workflows. Assist with system testing, upgrades, reporting, and special payroll projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr High Profile, Inc.
