Mid-Level Associate - White Collar Litigation (New York)

Taft is seeking a team-oriented mid-level associate to join its White Collar Litigation practice in the New York office. Responsibilities Experience should include drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, preparing for and participating in depositions and court appearances, assisting with complex client and opposing-party communications, conducting legal research and strategic analysis, and assisting with witness interviews and fact development. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment is required. Qualifications The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, independent self-starter with excellent academic and professional credentials, superior research and persuasive writing abilities, strong analytical skills, and excellent written and oral communication skills. The salary range for this position is $235,000 – $310,000. Actual compensation offered to candidates may vary from posted information based on work experience, education, and/or skill level.
