CNC Operator I

Job Description

Join a growing manufacturing team that produces precision engineered components used across multiple industries. We're looking for a hands-on CNC Lathe Operator who enjoys working with machinery, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a shop environment.

Duties

• Operate CNC lathes and other machining equipment to produce custom parts
• Load materials, secure workpieces, and follow work orders/blueprints
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet customer specifications
• Complete basic machine maintenance and keep your work area clean
• Document production activity and maintain accurate counts
• Support continuous improvement and assist teammates when needed

Requirements

• Ability to read and follow written instructions and blueprints
• Basic measuring skills and math aptitude
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
• Prior manufacturing or machining experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods

Work Environment

This is a typical machine shop setting with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures. PPE is provided and required.
• Rate of Pay: $22.00/hour
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Shift: 1 st 6:00AM - 2:30PM
