Seeking a Molecular Biology Associate to support laboratory research through molecular biology experiments and assay execution. Job Details Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension) Pay Rate : $43/hr on W2 Company Benefits: Medical, Paid Sick leave, 401K Key Responsibilities Perform molecular biology experiments using established laboratory protocols. Conduct and optimize digital droplet PCR (ddPCR) assays for nucleic acid analysis. Work with amino acid-related experiments and biomolecular analyses. Accurately document, analyze, and summarize experimental results. Troubleshoot experimental issues, communicate failures and lessons learned, and recommend solutions. Ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely execution of laboratory work. Present findings and collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional research teams. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or a related discipline. Hands-on experience with digital droplet PCR (ddPCR) (required). Experience performing molecular biology laboratory techniques and data analysis.
