This hybrid role is ideal for a strategic and analytical finance professional who enjoys partnering with business leaders to drive financial performance and support organizational growth.The Finance Manager will lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting while providing insights that support executive decision-making and operational excellence.Responsibilities:Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processesAnalyze financial results and provide insights into business performanceDevelop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiativesPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packagesPartner with department leaders to monitor budgets and key performance indicatorsSupport long-range planning and scenario analysisIdentify opportunities to improve financial processes and reportingPresent financial results and recommendations to senior leadershipAssist with special projects and strategic initiativesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis experienceStrong financial modeling and analytical skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointExperience with ERP systems and financial planning toolsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentMBA or CPA is a plus but not required
