Now we are looking for NetSuite Implementation Consultant for the 2-3 months' internal project.

Requirements:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of NetSuite as the company's primary accounting and financial management system.
• Analyze current business processes and recommend best-practice financial and operational workflows.
• Configure NetSuite modules, workflows, approval processes, reporting, dashboards, and user permissions to align with business needs.
• Design and implement Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, including customer invoicing, vendor billing, and approval workflows.
• Configure financial reporting, profitability tracking, and operational analytics across customers, vendors, business units, and transactions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.
• Coordinate with technical teams on NetSuite integrations and API-based data flows with third-party systems.
• Support data setup, system testing, user acceptance testing, and go-live activities.
• Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and system optimization.
• Prepare documentation, training materials, and conduct user training to support adoption.
• Serve as the primary NetSuite POC throughout implementation and provide post-implementation support.
• Ensure that solution supports accurate financial reporting, operational visibility, compliance, and future growth.

Qualifications:

• Experience leading end-to-end NetSuite implementations.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial operations, and ERP systems.
• Hands-on experience configuring NetSuite financial modules, workflows, reporting, and dashboards.
• Experience with system integrations and data migration.
• Strong project management, stakeholder communication, and training skills.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, brokerage, or similar operational industries would be great, but not a priority.
• Working conditions:
• This is a temporary 2-3 months project.
