Job Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Review, verify, and process employee expense reports and reimbursement requests.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and perform periodic account reconciliations.
• Review financial entries, postings, invoices, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, reimbursements, and other financial transactions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and analyses of collected payments.
• Maintain organized financial records while ensuring confidentiality and appropriate handling of sensitive information.
• Utilize ERP systems to process, track, and reconcile employee reimbursements and accounting transactions.
• Assist with month-end closing activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry of accounting and financial information.
• Support accounting initiatives, audits, and other special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required; degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant accounting, finance, or administrative experience.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
• Strong data entry and numerical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese required.
