ESTIMATOR - STRUCTURAL CONCRETE Well-established top notch full-service Metro specialty CONCRETE contractor is seeking an experienced ESTIMATOR preferably with 5+yrs experience. Client services a wide range of projects including Structural & Light Commercial Concrete Projects, such as Schools & Educational Buildings, Offices, Multifamily, Churches, Warehouses, Medical, Retail and other Civil projects as well including Site Development and Flatwork. Key Candidate Qualifications Estimating experience must include Commercial Structural Concrete Experience working for a Specialty Contractor or a Self-Perform GC 7+ years working for a Commercial Concrete specialty sub-contractor or self-performing General Contractor Practical leadership abilities, like motivation, goal setting, and conflict management Organizational skills, including time management, delegation, prioritization, and multitasking. Creative and results-oriented, with a keen sense of urgency and self-motivation. Company offers one of the most competitive compensation and benefits packages in the construction industry.
