Eataly Chicago is seeking an Inventory & Kitchen Operations Specialist to oversee accurate inventory across departments and locations, bridging inventory control, finance, and kitchen operations to maintain data integrity and efficiency. You will update POS and inventory databases, process invoices and transfers, support BOH with recipes, costing, and vendor coordination, and generate reports with Finance and Chef Team.
