Current Opening: Assistant Property Manager
- Full-time position based on property in Aspen
- Supports association manager and on-site property management team with day-to-day operations in a fast-paced service-oriented environment
- Requires candidate who enjoys being part of a community, takes pride in excellent service, and is willing to become well versed in association policies, procedures, and property operations
- Must have effective and professional communication skills both written and verbal
- Ideal candidate will have minimum of two years professional HOA and property management experience with goals to further career in real estate/property management
- Based on performance, qualified candidates will have the ability to advance from Assistant Property Manager to Property Manager
- Salary range: $60,000 to $75,000
- Full benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), wellness benefit/ski pass, tuition reimbursement, and bonus program
