Salary: $65,000 - $110,000

Job Description: This full or part-time position requires a mix of accounting and administrative duties for a private office and reports directly to the Controller. Broad duties include invoice review, financial reconciliations, tracking expenses, filling out excel worksheets and shared calendar management. 

Accounting Duties

• Reviewing invoices and entering them into QuickBooks
• Maintenance of financial records including bank statements and vendor files
• Reconciliation of company credit cards
• Monthly bank reconciliations

Administrative Duties

• Track employee attendance records
• Enter staff scheduling entries into shared calendar
• Assist with human resources related tasks
• Processing of incoming and outgoing mail/shipments
