Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC required)
• Prior experience in school environments or pediatric settings
• Familiarity with healthcare practices relevant to pediatric speech and language development
• Competency in delivering therapy via teletherapy platforms
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based treatment for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Track, document, and communicate student progress with teachers, parents, and staff
• Adapt therapeutic approaches to effectively engage and support children across varied learning environments
• Utilize teletherapy tools and in-person strategies to maximize student participation and outcomes
• Stay informed on current best practices and professional standards within school-based speech therapy services
