Key qualifications and skills:

• Possession of current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP
• Demonstrated experience in pediatric speech-language evaluation and intervention, ideally within a school environment
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery
• Proficiency working collaboratively with other educators, therapists, and families to create individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Primary responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to school-aged children, addressing a range of communication disorders
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, interpret results, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapy both on-site and through teletherapy, adjusting approaches to meet student needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student learning and share intervention strategies with teachers and caregivers
• Maintain detailed records, progress notes, and documentation as required by school procedures
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to inform educational planning
