This role leads a global product organization focused on delivering innovative, secure, and scalable workplace experiences that enhance employee productivity, engagement, and collaboration.The role combines strategic vision with operational execution, translating evolving workforce expectations, AI-driven capabilities, and modern workplace trends into differentiated products and platform solutions. This leader partners with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, experience-centric offerings across end-user computing, collaboration, automation, and workplace analytics.Digital Workplace Strategy & VisionDefine and drive the enterprise Digital Workplace product vision spanning end-user computing (EUC), collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365), virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), and employee experience platformsPartner with executive leadership to align product strategy with broader digital transformation and workforce productivity goalsIdentify and execute on emerging trends, including AI-enabled workplace services, automation, and experience analyticsProduct Portfolio LeadershipOversee the full lifecycle of Digital Workplace products and platforms, from ideation through commercialization and continuous optimizationLead development of differentiated offerings, including managed workplace services, cloud-based workplace platforms, and digital experience solutionsEstablish clear value propositions tailored to enterprise clients across industriesCustomer-Centric InnovationLeverage user insights, telemetry, and market intelligence to design experience-led solutions that improve employee satisfaction and productivityDrive adoption of human-centered design principles and employee experience frameworksContinuously evaluate and enhance offerings to meet evolving hybrid work and global workforce requirementsCross-Functional Execution & Go-to-MarketCollaborate with Engineering, Delivery, Security, Sales, and Marketing to ensure seamless integration, deployment, and scaling of Digital Workplace solutionsAlign product innovation with go-to-market strategies, including solution packaging, pricing, and positioningEngage directly with key clients to shape offerings and support strategic dealsOperational Excellence & GovernanceEstablish standardized product management frameworks, agile methodologies, and governance models across the Digital Workplace portfolioImplement KPI-driven performance tracking, including adoption rates, user experience scores (DEX), cost efficiency, and business impactDrive continuous improvement in product development velocity and operational effectivenessFinancial Performance & Business OutcomesOwn product portfolio P&L, including budgeting, investment planning, and profitability targetsPrioritize investments across platforms and capabilities based on ROI, client demand, and growth opportunitiesEnsure measurable business outcomes, including revenue growth, margin expansion, and client retentionYou will be successful in this role if you have:Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred10–15+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, Digital Workplace, End-User Computing, or SaaS/Platform-based services6–8+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing, global teamsDeep expertise in Digital Workplace domains, including:Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, Intune, Endpoint Manager)Virtual Desktop / DaaS (e.g., Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix)Endpoint management and automationDigital Employee Experience (DEX) tools and analyticsProven track record of delivering enterprise-scale, experience-led solutionsStrong understanding of workplace security, compliance, and global delivery modelsExecutive-level communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence C-suite decision-makingSuccess ProfileStrategic, forward-thinking leader with strong business and technology acumenCustomer-obsessed with a focus on employee experience and measurable outcomesData-driven decision maker with a focus on product performance and continuous innovationExperienced in leading transformation initiatives in complex, matrixed organizationsSkilled at scaling global product portfolios in rapidly evolving technology environmentsThis role may require access to export-controlled commodities and technology.
