Admissions Director RN, Hospice

AccentCare, in partnership with Hanford Pharmaceuticals, seeks an Admissions Director RN, Hospice to lead our hospice intake and admissions operations. In this role, you will oversee all referrals, perform clinical eligibility assessments, and coordinate seamless transitions into hospice care. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, hospitals, and families while ensuring full regulatory compliance and exceptional patient experience. In our collaborative, innovation-focused culture, you’ll help refine processes, mentor staff, and support high-quality, patient-centered end-of-life care.
