Clinical Team Manager, RN - Home Health
Type: Full Time (Friday - Monday, Friday and Monday are in office with Saturday and Sunday WFH eligible)
Location: 4042 Park Oaks Blvd., Tampa, FL, 33610
Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 doe

What You'll Do:

Oversee day-to day operations of a clinical interdisciplinary team
Ensure quality and appropriate care delivery and staffing
Act as liaison to resolve patient care issues and communicate with physicians
Supervise, mentor, and train clinical staff in collaboration with other leaders
Support clinical program oversight and ensure compliance with agency goals

What You Bring:

Graduate of an accredited nursing or therapy program; must be a licensed Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Therapist
1+ year of Medicare Home Health field experience; Experienced field clinicians encouraged to apply!
Strong judgement, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve common goals
Commitment to the agency's mission and values
