About This Role The Clinical Program Manager provides clinical support and administrative direction within the Tisch Cancer Center’s Clinical Trials Office, overseeing the implementation and conduct of clinical trials with investigational anti-cancer agents. Highlights Pay: $115,494 - $192,328 Annually Location: New York, NY Facility: Tisch Cancer Center Department/Unit: Tisch Cancer Institute 015 - ISM Schedule: Full-Time What You'll Do Supervise Clinical Research Coordinator positions and other CRNs to ensure protocol compliance. Develop educational programs for the nursing staff regarding specific protocols. Manage clinical trials portfolio and assure timely regulatory start-up of protocols. Monitor accruals and identify opportunities to grow the research program. Liaise with industry sponsors and CROs. Coordinate study enrollment, establishing a database of patients, protocol treatment, and follow-up care. Collaborate with primary nursing staff to provide nursing care to patients receiving therapy on a clinical research trial. Assist the principal investigator in assuring adequate informed consent. Ensure primary nursing staff understands how to administer investigational agents per protocol specifications. Oversee scheduling of patient laboratory and radiologic assessments, admissions, and clinic visits. Requirements Education: Baccalaureate degree in Nursing required; Masters in Nursing or related field preferred. Experience: 5 years of directly related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
