Client Services Executive

We are looking for candidates who possess integrity and strong inter-personal skills to join our expanding team. Job Requirements To receive and register patients. To settle patients after their treatments. Collect payments, dispense products / medication / booking of next appointment. To attend to patients’ requests and queries regarding appointments, medication, products, and services via phone calls, SMS / WhatsApp messages / emails. Taking of minutes during department meetings. To liaise with service providers to secure quality services for the clinic. To assist with inventory management and other organizational tasks. To assist other support team members when needed. To perform assigned housekeeping duties within the Clinic and the Medspa. Good grasp of written and spoken English. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the managers. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobstreet SG
