Labor Solution is seeking a ** Bilingual Client Support Liaison ** who oversees the day-to-day tasks associated with supervising employees. The responsibilities include monitoring productivity goals and quality of temp workers, as well as assisting with some interviews, scheduling employees, monitoring attendance, and tracking employees' hours for payroll processing. Additional responsibilities include supervising employees' conduct, providing coaching, managing safety programs, GMP’s and completing operations reports.

** Hours: ** 6:30am to 4:30pm. with occasional OT when required.

** Pay: ** $20-22hr. DOE

** Job Responsibilities: **

• Partner with Labor Solutions and support office staff to provide the best customer service.
• Assist with the completion of the necessary training for Temps.
• Perform daily safety observation walk-throughs.
• Establish strong working relationships and maintain those relationships by providing optimal customer service.
• Intake of employee relations complaints.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work area.
• Perform daily roster check-ins.
• Travel to designated office locations to pick up weekly checks and participate in weekly office meetings.
• All other duties as assigned.
• Evaluate staffing strategies and plans.
• Submit qualified candidates to the hiring authorities.
• Intake of employee injury reports.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Must have good oral and written communication skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills.
• Evaluate staffing strategies and plans.
• Ability to establish and maintain great customer relationships.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Must possess bilingual skills ( ** Spanish ** ).
• Submit staffing candidates to the hiring authorities.
• Must be dependable.
• Outstanding work ethic.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
