We are seeking a polished, professional, and customer-focused Senior Receptionist & Switchboard Coordinator to support a corporate headquarters environment at Fiserv. This high-visibility role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and callers from across the United States and requires exceptional communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, guests, and contractors in a professional manner
- Notify Executive Assistants and employees of guest arrivals using Microsoft Teams
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area
- Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls from locations nationwide
- Issue visitor badges, facility access cards, and temporary credentials
- Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms and visitor accommodations
- Assist with mail services reporting and administrative support functions
- Maintain company phone directories and speed dial lists
- Issue and track company loaner cell phones
- Support office projects, document preparation, labeling, and manual compilation tasks
- Assist other departments as needed while maintaining excellent customer service
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of receptionist, switchboard, or front desk experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor required
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and varying workloads
Preferred Experience
- Corporate reception or executive office support
- High-volume switchboard operations
- Administrative support in professional office environments
- Experience supporting visitors, executives, and corporate teams
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when necessary (assistance available for heavier items)
- Ability to perform light administrative and office support duties
