Pay rate: $19.46/hour- $20.00/hour Hours: 8am-5pm, M-F Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ Temp to hire Summary:

This position will support Fiserv and responsibilities include greeting incoming guests, messaging Executive Assistants via Microsoft Teams when their guests arrive, keeping the front desk area clean, assisting the mail services team with daily reports, and other office duties.

The hiring manager is looking for someone with a strong background in Microsoft Word, Excel and Teams skills as well as the ability to assist with small office projects.

The candidate must have a pleasant and professional attitude. Can adapt to the different pace/situation that may arise. This position will require some extensive standing or walking. Candidates must be able to lift 50lbs (if heavier lifting is needed, assistance is available)

Dress Code: Black business suit, white blouse, black shoes

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Greets the public.
• Distributes name badges to visitors, temporary employees, etc.
• Issues facility access cards to employees.
• Schedules meeting rooms for all.
• Answers and transfers calls from all over the United States.
• Participates enthusiastically in company and community service events.
• Performs light Administrative duties.
• Performs PC Support and Administrative duties as needed.
• Acts as a model for Vision, Values, and Mission.
• Builds professional relationships with customers and other teams.
• Responsible for the timely updates of company phone and speed dial lists.
• Responsible for issuing of the Company Loaner Cell Phones.
• Assists Administration or any other team when needed for various tasks (envelope labels, compiling manuals, etc.).
• Understands other work areas.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of prior switchboard experience.
• MS Office Suite experience, specifically Word and Excel.
• Excellent customer service skills and detail oriented.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated organizational and communications skills
