Job Title: Receptionist
Location: 100 Connell Drive, Berkeley Heights, NJ 07922
Pay Rate: $ 20 per hour.
Workdays: Mon - Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hrs per week)
Job Type: Temp to hire
Requirements:
- The hiring manager is looking for someone with a strong background in Microsoft Word, Excel and Teams skills as well as the ability to assist with small office projects.
- The candidate must have a pleasant and professional attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities:
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greets the public and distributes name badges to visitors, temporary employees, etc.
- Issues facility access cards to employees.
- Schedules meeting rooms for all.
- Answers and transfers calls from all over the United States.
- Participates enthusiastically in company and community service events.
- Performs light Administrative duties. - Performs PC Support and Administrative duties as needed.
- Responsible for the timely updates of company phone and speed dial lists.
- Responsible for issuing of the Company Loaner Cell Phones.
- Assists Administration or any other team when needed for various tasks (envelope labels, compiling manuals, etc.).
- Understands other work areas. - Performs other duties as assigned.
