RN Manager - CVOR 1.0 FTE Day

Position Overview RN Manager – CVOR at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. Full‑time (1.0 FTE), Day Shift – Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM. Sign‑on bonus: $10,000 for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment – plus the excellent benefits and compensation package available from day one. Responsibilities Accountable for the overall management and leadership of a unit or group of patient care units within Nursing Services. Responsible for all clinical and operational activities of the units in accordance with Providence mission, vision, and values. Provide leadership to inspire and retain nursing staff, create a culture of patient‑focused, whole‑person care, and empower the team to deliver high quality care. Qualifications Doctor of Nursing Practice (BSN) from an accredited nursing school. Oregon Registered Nurse license upon hire. National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire. Recent first‑line management experience. Minimum 3 years clinical experience. Preferred Qualifications Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field. Benefits Free, convenient, and ample parking.
