Role Description The Associate role is a hybrid position based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities may include supporting sales and customer service, assisting with merchandising and inventory organization, and helping maintain an appealing and well-organized product display. The Associate will collaborate with team members on order processing, packaging, and shipment coordination, and may assist with basic administrative tasks or social media support as needed.
