Associate

We are looking for an Associate to join a legal team handling sophisticated litigation matters in New York, New York. This position offers the chance to contribute to high-exposure defense cases, collaborate with attorneys across multiple offices, and support clients through every phase of the litigation process. The role is well suited for a licensed attorney who brings strong writing, deposition, and case management skills to a fast-paced practice.Responsibilities:• Handle complex defense litigation matters involving significant injury and products liability claims.• Conduct and defend depositions in a lead capacity while developing case strategy and factual records.• Oversee written discovery and electronically stored information, ensuring thorough and timely case support.• Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, reports, and discovery responses.• Support trial preparation efforts, including coordinating case materials, witness preparation, and litigation strategy.• Appear in court for conferences, hearings, and motion proceedings on behalf of clients.• Manage daily case activity independently while working closely with partners and colleagues across offices.
