Coverage Dates:
- Saturday, September 26, 2026: 7:00 a.m.-Sunday, September 27 at 7:00 a.m.
- Sunday, September 27, 2026: 7:00 a.m.-Monday, September 28 at 7:00 a.m.
Reason for Coverage: Unexpected circumstances
Coverage & Setting:
- General Surgery and Trauma call coverage
- 24-hour call shifts
- Inpatient setting
- Level III Trauma setting
- Adult patient population
- Assigned and unassigned patients
- Admissions vary by shift
- Rounding required only on the provider's patients
- 30-minute call response time required
Support & Systems:
- Hospital, OR, and Emergency Department support staff
- EMR: Meditech
- Credentialing: Approximately 2-7 days for IMLC candidates
- Temporary privileges available
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Active West Virginia license or IMLC accepted
- Fellowship - Preferred
