Compensation:

$200,000 plus at plan earnings

Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed company targets.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring their financial needs are met with tailored solutions.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business growth.
Provide ongoing training and development to your team, enhancing their skills and career progression.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
Analyze sales data and metrics to drive informed decision-making and optimize performance outcomes.

Qualifications:

Experience in leading and motivating sales teams to achieve ambitious targets.
Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company goals.
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships in the financial services sector.
Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams.
Demonstrated ability to train and mentor team members, enhancing their professional growth.
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus, but not required; we're eager to see diverse backgrounds.
