Here's what we're looking for.

• Forklift experience required
• Minimum of 3 months of warehouse, recycling, janitorial, or distribution center experience preferred
• Experience operating power industrial trucks (PIT) is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution or fulfillment environment
• Strong attention to safety and cleanliness
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or on a team
• Flexible and willing to support multiple operational tasks
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift

Resonsibilities:

• Collect, sort, and recycle cardboard and corrugate materials throughout the distribution center
• Operate power industrial trucks (PIT) to transport recycling and waste materials between designated areas
• Safely operate recycling equipment including balers, augers, and trash compactors
• Empty trash containers and wood bins throughout the facility
• Sweep floors and maintain clean, organized work areas
• Support warehouse cleaning and housekeeping teams as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies while operating equipment
• Complete assigned warehouse support and recycling tasks efficiently and accurately
• Assist with additional duties as assigned in support of facility operations
