Responsibilities:

• Implement individual service plans for clients
• Assist with daily living activities, including but not limited to preparing meals and assisting with personal hygiene
• Develop a rapport with consumers and cultivate a safe and supportive environment
• Complete case notes and other documentation on a daily basis

Qualifications and Skills Needed:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid Indiana Drivers License
• Ability to pass a background check and driving record
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate about the care and well-being of others

We provide care in several different counties and hire both full-time and part-time employee's. All needed training is provided.

Pay Frequency:

• Bi weekly or Twice monthly

This Job Is:
